I Made Some Awesome Muffins!

Been a while again, and this is going to be a short post, I just want to share a recipe. My new favorite breakfast is spiced banana crumb muffins. They're delicious and so easy to make.

I've done a couple silly crafty projects lately and I've taken pictures, wanting to share them somewhere, and I figure here is as good as anywhere. I'll put up some stuff in the coming days :-)

I made lasagna tonight for the first time in over three years. It was so good. I miss being home to cook dinner. With my shift ending at 11:30PM, it's an effort to even convince myself to throw a frozen pizza in the oven. If my seniority wasn't so low in my department, I would try for a day shift next schedule bid. I think I'm going to be stuck with a late shift for a long time.
